Our Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges

We understand that sometimes you may reconsider your purchase. That’s why we offer a 14-day window for returns or exchanges. If you wish to return an item, please ensure it’s in its original, unused condition, and send it back within 14 days of receiving it. Upon inspection, eligible returns will be issued store credit. Items that show signs of use, except for pump malfunctions, may not be accepted. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these criteria.

Any item purchased during a monthly special or promotion are NON-REFUNDABLE.
