Agreement for Online Booking

Please read and agree to the following before booking your appointment:

This is 100% online booking. It is my responsibility to reschedule/cancel my appointment.

To reschedule/cancel my appointment, I have been made aware to refer back to my original confirmation email/text.

As the client, I will reschedule/cancel my appointment at my leisure.

Note: Late rescheduling/cancellations and no-shows that are less than 24 hours from your appointment time will be charged 50% of the appointment fee and are non-refundable/non-negotiable. No exceptions. We will NOT reschedule/cancel your appointment for you.

Before every lash appointment, as a new client or returning client, please make sure you have removed all eye makeup to ensure the best adhesion to your natural lashes and in turn, get the best retention till your next infill appointment.

As a returning client, please keep track of how long it’s been since your most recent appointment. This will be beneficial when booking your next session. Time cannot be extended to your appointment time if you book the wrong infill week and/or lash set (Classique, Immix, Voluminous, MEGA Volūm). Fees for the correct appointment will still be applicable; therefore, it is in your best interest to make note of your most recent appointment.
