Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy

If you are running late for your appointment, please get in touch with us ASAP – no worries.

We are 100% online booking. It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO RESCHEDULE AND CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT. To reschedule/cancel your appointment, refer to your original confirmation email/text. Please DO NOT ask us to reschedule/cancel your appointment for you.

We understand things happen unexpectedly in life and at work. Still, LATE rescheduling/cancellations and NO-SHOWS that are LESS THAN 24 HOURS from your appointment time will be charged 50% of the appointment fee and are NON-REFUNDABLE / NON-NEGOTIABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment(s), please get in touch with us ASAP. Someone on our waitlist may be willing to swap. If this is possible, LATE rescheduling/cancellations/NO-SHOW fees can ONLY then be waived.
